Alami Villa a very private staffed residence perched on the edge of the stunning Petanu River canyon with a sweeping river view all along the property and from every room. In the Balinese language "Alami" means natural or at one with nature. The second you enter the property you will understand completely why this home is called Alami. You are soothed by the river melody, ever-present breeze, and the lush gardens that surround and envelop the infinity pool set above river's edge. You will see bold blue kingfishers, darting swifts, many-hued butterflies and cheeky monkeys. You will have arrived to your private villa set along a lush riverside paradise.
Each of the 4 master suites at Alami Villa are separate and very private, yet they radiate tangentially from the central dining area overlooking the river canyon and the infinity pool with gardens below. Each master suite has individually controlled air conditioning as well as ceiling fans and oversized louvered glass doors. You can let in the fragrant breezes of the river valley or you can button up for a cool respite as you please. All the master suites have king-sized Serta beds and private baths as well showers or outside soaking tubs with garden shower. The large cinema room can also be made up with 2 single Serta beds should your compliment extend to 10 guests (8 guests is our regular compliment).
Although Alami Villa is only 2 miles from the excitement of Ubud's Monkey Forest, Alami Villa is a peaceful sanctuary in a local Balinese village and the residence is set at the river's end of the road where nature abounds. The villa is very near the ancient and famous Elephant Temple, "Goa Gajah", and the elegant Chedi Club, and we are positioned so close to art, culture and fine dining and shopping opportunities of Ubud that most restaurants will happily deliver to the villa free of charge! A beautiful full breakfast will be included each morning as you enjoy the sounds of dancing waters and whatever tours you are interested in will be easily set up by our Alami property manager "Sang Putu Ardana" who has been honored with the Golden Key Hotel Concierge award Les Clefs d'Or. Sang Putu will make sure that whatever you need, be it massage or spa treatments, tours of Balinese temples or ceremonies, a private chef, or pool-side Balinese dance performances, all can easily be arranged to make your dreamiest holiday pleasures come be realized.
